First: You disassemble your Mac
Second: You visually inspect all your capacitors
Third: You unsolder the bad capacitors
Fourth: You solder new capacitors of the same specs. in place of the bad ones (preferably solid state caps)
Fifth: You reassemble your Mac and turn it on

First: You call BentleyPC @ 404 – 702 – 2865 and schedule a pick up, unless you’re outside of the state of Georgia. In which case you can mail your parts to us for repair.
Second: You relax as we come to you and take your mac to our shop with care
Third: You continue to relax while we follow the steps above
Fourth: You rejoice when we return your mac to you in working condition
Our rates for capacitor replacements vary. You can call for a quote or assume the following general guidelines will apply to your case.
Pick Up, Delivery & Labor Charge: $100
Capacitor Cost: $24.95/capacitor for 1 – 4 Capacitors, 5+ Capacitors receive volume discount.
Additional Costs: Varies, sometimes the power supply is blown too. Many times however, there is no need for additional parts.
Up Front Estimates: Once we determine what parts will be needed, we will call and authorize the repairs first.
